From the moment you reach out to us to the day your puppy comes home — and beyond — we’re here every step of the way.
1. Enquiry & Application
Start by submitting an application through our Apply page. Tell us about your home, lifestyle, and experience with dogs. This helps us understand which puppy might be the best match for you.
2. Meet & Greet
Once we’ve reviewed your application, we’ll reach out to arrange a virtual or in-person visit. You’ll have a chance to meet the puppies, ask questions, and see where they’re raised.
3. Home Readiness & Paperwork
We’ll guide you through preparing your home and provide a checklist to ensure a safe, welcoming environment. At this stage, we also review the adoption agreement and microchip registration paperwork.
4. Reservation & Updates
If it’s a match, you can reserve your puppy with a small holding fee. We’ll keep you updated with regular photos, videos, and vet check details as they grow and get ready for their new home.
5. Collection Day & Ongoing Support
At 8 weeks, your new best friend is ready to come home! You’ll receive a go-home pack including microchip info, vaccination record, worming schedule, and a comfort blanket. Our support continues long after adoption — we’re always here to help.
